    How do I use my Product Order Code and verify my purchase price?

    When you enter the Shopping site, you will be prompted for a Promotion Code. View our Tutorial for a step-by-step shopping guide.

    1. Register at Well2U so you may receive your Product Order Code via email.
    2. Select the Online Shopping area from well2u.com
    3. Enter your country and your state below the sign then select the "Continue" button. Select first from the Online Shopping menu, if needed.
    4. You are now prompted to enter a Promotion Code. This code will be used during your order a discount may be automatically applied upon checkout if you qualified.
    5. Proceed with your shopping. You will only see your purchase price calculated when you are checking out and before you confirm your order.
    6. Checkout and enter your information for first time user.
      7. Note: You cannot be charged until you have reviewed and approved the final sale order and entered all your personal data and accurate billing information.
    7. If you qualify by entering a code, a personal discount only calculated when you checkout, may apply.
    8. Verify the amount and confirm your order.
    9. We will ship the order to the address of your account.

So you may try several ordering samples to familiarize yourself with our secure site before entering your payment information.     In order to use a Shopping cart, your Internet Browser needs to have proper security settings. Cookies are used by the Online Shopping server to keep track of your orders. The following shows examples of correct security settings.

    You can get to the Shopping cart but you have problems viewing the price of items

    If your Internet Browser does not accept cookies you may be unable to view the price of items selected, or unable to put items into your Shopping Cart.

    Or you are having problems with multiple windows in Internet Explorer

    If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0, then you may have experienced problems with your browser opening several new windows when using the Secure site. Don't worry, Internet Explorer 6.0 is compatible with our Secure site; however, it has several security settings for cookies, and yours may need adjusting. Follow the following steps to enable cookies:

    1. Open your new browser and go to the menu Tools and click on "Internet Options".
    2. Click on the "Privacy Tab". Under Settings, there is a vertical slide for setting cookie privacy. All the way up is "too private" and will cause the problem described above.
    3. Move the tab all the way down. This should solve the issue of a new window opening with every click in O2O as well.

    If you are using Netscape 6.2 or greater, or Mozilla 5.0 or greater, you need to enable cookies as follows:

    1. Select "Edit" then "Preferences" from the menu.
    2. Open up the "Privacy & Security" tab.
    3. Select "Cookies" from the list, it is sufficient to select the button labelled "Enable cookies from the originating server only". Note: If you already have the default selection: "Enable All Cookies", no change is required.
    4. Select the "OK" button and continue shopping.

    Warning: as of Spring 2003 the Secure Shoping site may not enable you to shop if your browser version is Netscape 4.x. Consider upgrading to Netscape 6.1 or greater if you have difficulties.

    If you are using Netscape 4.7X enable cookies as follows:

    1. Select "Edit" then "Preferences" from the menu.
    2. Select "Advanced".
    3. Select the button labelled: "Only accept cookies originating from the same server as the page currently viewed". Note: If you have the default selection: "Enable All Cookies" no change is required.
    4. Select the "OK" button and continue shopping.
